Deadline for receipt of Late News papers: August 18, 2025

A highly limited number of Late News Papers will be accepted, announcing very recent breakthroughs and developments. Late News Papers are not eligible for travel assistance or the student paper award. Papers should be in the same format as a regular paper and should be submitted through the submission web site in the same way as for regular submissions. Authors of accepted papers will be notified by the end of September.

Follow the Preparation of Papers to submit your paper for review:

Step 1: Upload the source file for your paper to IEEE PDF Express and approve the Xplore compliant PDF created by that site.  Click on Preparation of Papers and follow the instructions under How to Create an IEEE Xplore Compliant PDF.

Step 2: The author will upload the PDF created from the PDF Express site to the IEDM Submission site.
