Student Presentations and Best Student Paper Award

Papers written by students as the leading (first) author and based on their own work will be considered for the Best Student Paper Award. Papers must be identified as student papers at time of submission, and the presentation must be given by the student to be eligible. The award is chosen based on both paper and presentation, and winner is announced and presented following IEDM.

Student Speaker Travel Assistance

Financial assistance for travel and registration is available to students presenting papers. ASSISTANCE MUST BE REQUESTED WHEN THE PAPER IS SUBMITTED by choosing this option on the submission website. Requests made after the submission will not be considered. Further information on travel assistance will is listed under Speaker Information. Late News Papers are not eligible for travel assistance or the student paper award.
