Room rates will be available on a first-come, first-served basis starting in September. NOTE: Hotel availability at the Hilton and elsewhere in San Francisco may be limited. You are encouraged to make your reservations as soon as possible.

A block of rooms at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square has been reserved for IEDM participants. Reservations made through the booking link above will have the $35 daily resort fee waived. Special IEDM room rates are as follows:

• Standard: $295 / night

• Deluxe: $315 / night

Plus a 17.7% city tax.

Make your hotel reservation as soon as possible, the special rates are available until December 2 or until sold out, whichever is first. An advance deposit or credit card guarantee is necessary to hold your room, if arrival is scheduled after 6:00 p.m.
